CECILIA H.

Age: 33

Profession: Small business owner

Cecilia’s health journey in one word: Lonely

Cecilia’s Superpower: Resourcefulness

Cecilia’s story begins like many others. In her 20s, her health was an afterthought. It was only when she hit a moment of crisis that everything changed.

While living in Chile with her husband and two daughters, Cecilia caught a stomach bug that set off a cascade of symptoms: extreme fatigue, nearly 40 pounds of weight loss, and persistent weakness. Eventually, she was diagnosed with H. pylori. She improved with treatment, but her body never fully returned to baseline.

“I went to the gastroenterologist, I did my GP, I did a rheumatologist, I did two neurologists,” Cecilia tells us. “I travelled across the country to see specialists and did my own research after realizing that nobody else was going to do that for me. But the response I got from all of it was: ‘Nope, everything is fine.’ I knew it wasn’t.”

Finally, a dermatologist ran a basic blood panel and found she was extremely low in vitamin D. That was the first clue. But she wanted to dig deeper.

Discovering Superpower

“As soon as I saw Superpower on LinkedIn, I immediately signed up,” she tells us. “I think I was one of the first members.”

After completing her initial bloodwork, she decided to add the Galleri cancer screening and a toxin test to get a more comprehensive view of her health. “All of a sudden, I had all this data,” she said.

For the first time, Cecilia felt aligned with what she had been reading and sensing all along.

Finally getting answers

Superpower confirmed her low vitamin D levels, but the blood tests also revealed low iron and ferritin.

But the most surprising insight came from her toxin screening.

The results showed elevated levels of nickel, lead, and zearalenone, a fungal toxin known to disrupt hormones and commonly linked to contaminated grains. At the same time, Cecilia had persistently high prolactin levels that her OB-GYN couldn’t explain.

After reviewing her environment, she realized she had old pantry staples, including two-year-old rice buried in the back of the cabinet. She removed them. Days later, she retested her blood. Her prolactin levels had normalized.

“The scary part was that without testing, I would have never known something like this was quietly impacting my health,” she says.

A lifelong health partner

Cecilia was one of the earliest Superpower members, and she continues to retest, track changes over time, and use her data as a living system, not a one-time snapshot.

What stands out most to Cecilia is the clarity Superpower provides. “Superpower showed me what was happening early, so I could course-correct before things went wrong,” she says. While she’s used traditional LLMs in the past to help make sense of her bloodwork or determine which questions to ask her doctors, Superpower has empowered her to take full control.

“With Superpower AI, I love it because my blood work is already uploaded, my MRI findings, my conversation with the longevity coach, everything. I know what questions to ask my doctors. There is clear action faster.”

For Cecilia, health is being able to think well and move well. To run her business. To show up mentally and physically. It’s also the foundation to something bigger: stability, opportunity, and generational wellbeing.“If you get sick at 40,” she said, “that’s decades of lost momentum financially and emotionally. We want a good life for generations.”

Over the last year, she’s signed her mother, brother, and husband up for Superpower. She wants them to have the same direction, confidence, and control she does. “I’m protecting my family’s future,” she says.

“My greatest superpower is definitely resourcefulness. When I first started having health problems, I told myself, ‘I’m going to solve this. I don’t know what it’s going to take. I don’t know what I need to do, but I will figure it out.’ And with Superpower, I did.”
